About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for sewing, a steady hand, and great attention to detail. Experience operating industrial Coverstitch, Overlock, or Elasticator machines on stretch fabrics is highly valued. Whether you specialise in one of these machines or can operate all three, we want to hear from you! More than anything, we want someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive factory family.

The Role
In this position, you will be a vital part of our production team, putting the high-quality finishing touches on our premium dancewear garments. We are looking for specialists across different machinery, and we will discuss which machine suits your skills best during your walkthrough.
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating industrial machinery (Coverstitch, Overlock, or Elasticator) to finish stretch garments.

• Handling delicate and high-stretch fabrics (like Lycra) with neatness and precision.

• Checking tension and stitch quality to ensure every piece meets our excellent standards.

• Working collaboratively with our cutting and packing teams to keep production moving smoothly.

We don't believe in formal, stressful interviews. Instead, we invite shortlisted candidates to pop into the factory for an informal chat, a walkthrough to meet the team, and a short, paid machine trial. This gives us a chance to chat about your specific machine experience, lets you test our equipment, and ensures we are the right fit for each other.
